Studio Forma is a contemporary workspace designed for a multidisciplinary design practice in Milan. The project transforms an existing interior into a flexible and inspiring environment that supports collaboration and individual work. The architecture emphasizes openness, clarity, and material contrast, creating a strong identity. By balancing functional requirements with spatial quality, the studio provides an efficient yet expressive working environment.

The concept focuses on creating a dynamic workspace that adapts to different modes of work. Open-plan areas are combined with more focused zones, allowing for both collaboration and concentration. The design uses material contrasts and spatial layering to define areas without rigid boundaries. The result is a flexible environment that evolves with the needs of its users.

The studio is experienced as a sequence of interconnected spaces, where movement is fluid and intuitive. Workstations, meeting areas, and informal spaces are integrated into a cohesive layout. Natural light enhances the spatial atmosphere, while carefully positioned elements create visual interest. The environment encourages interaction while maintaining a sense of order.

The material palette combines polished surfaces with more textured elements, creating a balanced and refined aesthetic. Concrete, glass, and metal are complemented by warmer materials such as timber. Detailing is precise, ensuring that all elements integrate seamlessly. The contrast between materials defines the character of the space.
The project prioritizes reuse of the existing structure, reducing material consumption. Efficient lighting and ventilation systems improve energy performance. Durable materials ensure longevity and adaptability. Studio Forma reflects a contemporary approach to workspace design within the vibrant context of Milan.
