Tower 19 introduces a contemporary vertical landmark within Warsaw’s rapidly evolving urban fabric. The project brings together residential, office, and retail functions within a single, cohesive structure, responding to the increasing demand for density and programmatic diversity. Its slender form rises from a compact footprint, creating a clear presence on the skyline while maintaining a respectful relationship with its surroundings. The building is conceived not only as an object, but as an active participant in the life of the city.

The concept is based on vertical layering, where different functions are stacked and expressed through subtle variations in the façade. Each programmatic zone maintains its identity while contributing to the overall coherence of the tower. The design emphasizes clarity, proportion, and rhythm, allowing the building to read as a unified composition. Transparency and material shifts reflect internal uses, creating a dynamic relationship between interior and exterior.

The spatial experience evolves with height, beginning with active public functions at ground level and transitioning to more private and controlled environments above. Residential units benefit from expansive views, while office spaces are designed for flexibility and efficiency. Circulation is clearly organized, with vertical cores providing intuitive navigation. The gradual transition between programs creates a layered and engaging user experience.

The facade combines high-performance glass with metal panels, creating a refined and lightweight envelope. Subtle variations in texture and reflectivity articulate different programmatic zones. Interior materials are selected based on function, maintaining a consistent palette while allowing for flexibility. Detailing supports prefabrication and precision, ensuring construction efficiency and long-term durability.

Sustainability is addressed through high-performance façades, energy-efficient systems, and compact urban density. The mixed-use nature of the building reduces the need for commuting and supports a vibrant urban environment.
